SPRING PRE-TRYOUT CAMP WITH BODY CONTACT FOR PLAYERS TRYING OUT FOR U14

This camp is designed to teach players how to give and receive body checks. Players will learn how to angle opponents and take away space to create turnovers using different hitting techniques. In addition, they will be taught how to receive hits and bumps on the boards and in open spaces. Skills will be taught using a progressive model that will allow players to gain confidence and prevent injury.

This high-tempo camp helps players prepare for the next level by combining technical instruction with fast-paced, game situation drills.
